Installation on Linux

• Kernel >= 3.5
• install DIGImend drivers (deb package exists)

Debugging

• lsusb
• xinput list (should be listed in Virtual core pointer)
• xinput query-state "Genius EasyPen i405X"
• xinput list-props "Genius EasyPen i405X"
• log files: /var/log/syslog and maybe /var/log/Xorg.0.log

Inkscape

• setup (activate in File > Input Devices and test it on Hardware tab)
• for pressure control while drawing, use Calligraphy tool
  • calligraphy does not work? uninstall overlay-scrollbar package:
    sudo apt-get purge overlay-scrollbar (tip source)
